Diagnosis: I find that most people do not know the anatomy of the sinuses. So if you think you have pressure in the face, between your eyes, or over the eyes (these are the areas where the sinuses in the face and head are), you need a diagnosis. Your statement "I might have sinus pressure??" is only a statement. "What is your question? The answer is get a diagnosis.

Sinusitis: This may be sinusitis or sinus inflammation. Allergies may be one cause but there can be many others. Mild symtoms may be relieved by over the counter saline sprays, irrigations, or decongestants. See an ENT for an evaluation.
