See your Gyn: At 47, you are perimenopausal. It is not unusual to miss cycles or have irregular bleeding..... but, you are also at increased risk for endometrial cancer. Your midcycle bleeding should be discussed with your doctor to see if an endometrial biopsy is appropriate.
