What to do if my little sister has rhabdomyosarcoma!?

Radiation: Rhabdomyosarcoma is a malignant lesion of striated muscle. It can occur in the vagina as sarcoma botroides, in the spermatic cord and in the head and neck area, especially orbit. While chemo can help, it is known that these lesions are very sensitive to radiation therapy and where radical surgery was once employed, conservative management is very effective.

Be there for her: rhabdomyosarcoma is a cancer of the soft tissues and she should see an oncologist or doctor specialist who treats cancers. As a family member, be informed and supportive.
