Very: The active ingredient in Zydol is tramadol. The dosage generally recommended for teens is 100-200mg per day. In adults ,the max dose is 400mg. The extended release form is not recommended under the age of 18. This is a habit -forming drug and carries a risk of addiction. Cannot be used with any history of seizures ,liver disease, or depression .
