Go to MD: If you are having significant pain, visit your doctor. Nonunion of fractures sometimes causes persistent pain. Your doctor will evaluate your hand and determine if X-rays may be needed. Posttraumatic osteoarthritis also occurs and may need to be managed. This may be more pronounced when the weather is cold. Good luck.

B Cn again: Depends on how long ago it was fractured and how well it was healed when u were told it was healed. U should c ur orthopedic surg. Or a hand surgeon.
