There is no evidence: that it 'cures' ANYTHING, let alone everything. The medical uses of cannabis are very controversial, and the only conditions where there is strong anecdotal evidence they help are wasting conditions, like cancer and AIDS, where they improve appetite, nausea and vomiting from cancer treatment (and other causes), perhaps some kinds of chronic pain, and glaucoma. It doesn't make ANY disease go away.

Everything?Really?NO: For certain conditions and medical situations, TCH and canibanoids have been scientifically proven to be effective forms of treatment. More and more science is being published every week proving this. It can be a good form of treatment, but what we don't support is self medicating. Like any medicine, there are benefits and side effects. Use intelligently and in proper proportion
