Can a man have gonorrhea for 4 months with no symptoms?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possible;: Possible; but unlikely. Because of the longer urethra, and visible urethral meat us, it is uncommon for men to be asymptomatic for such a long period of time. If at all suspicous, however, it would be best for you to be evaluated/treated.
