Penis size: It's not clear from your q if you mean your penis has never grown (since pre-puberty) or if it has not grown to the size you would have expected. Penises range in size to a great degree, especially flaccid (non-erect) penises. However, if your penis and even more specifically your testicles have not grown since childhood, see a urologist and endocrinologist. They can assess for hormonal problems.
