Not likely Paget's: Paget's disease of the nipple arises from a deeper breast cancer extending up to the nipple surface, so often presents in just one breast. Very very unlikely to have sudden simultaneous development of breast cancer with Paget's disease in both breasts. You should see a physician for proper diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
