My 17 year old son has a few bumps on his penis i took him to the doctor an said they were hsir bumps but not sure he's never had sex do what could it?

Needs investigation: Your son might be having infection of penis ,fungal infection or bacterial.He should be tested for sexually transmitted diseases by blood and urine examination then should be treated according to test result .He should continue levothyroxin for hypothyroidism .
