Withdrawal during: Well Veronica, what you're describing is two different types of birth control, withdrawal method and barrier method(condom). Withdrawal is not very effective, about 75% to 85% of the time this works and condoms also work about 85% of the time. So there is a slight chance you could be pregnant but I would take your odds of not being pregnant to Vegas any time. Good luck :)

Yes: The only true way to avoid pregnancy is abstinence. That being said, when used effectively condoms are more than 98% effective. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE CONDOM MUST BE ON BEFORE ANY PENETRATION. Effective use is important, it means: (1) pinching the tip of the condom to leave a small reservoir for the semen, (2) roll the condom on, (3) withdrawal immediately after ejaculation.
