Its possible: The "Pull out" method isn't perfect. Sperm sometimes get out prior to the actual ejaculation. If 100 women used this method for a year, around 20 of them would end up pregnant. If your friend is having intercourse and doesn't want to get pregnant, its best for her to get on a more effective method. Another option for her is called Plan B. This can be taken within 3 days of intercourse.
