2 questions: 1 Small white dots will have to be examined by your Dentist to determine what they are and how best to treat them. 2 You should replace your toothbrush every 3 months.

Angular cheilitis: in most cases are caused by the bacteria/fungus and any type of mouth trauma. Angular cheilitis can become chronic if not treated properly and can last for a few months. See your PCP for evaluation and treatment.
