In theory yes: But only in theory. There probably no way sperm can reach the egg without the uterus. When the uterus was removed, the vagina was closed effectively sealing it away from the abdominal cavity, making fertilization virtually impossible. It by some chance fertilization would to occur, there would be no place for the embryo to implant and grow.
