All of it: If you are wondering when it is most likely to get pregnant- I would assume that anytime having unprotected sex can be "lethal" since hormones are not very predictable. Be safe and if pregnancy is unwanted make sure you always use contraception. Thanks!

Menstrual cycle: I think you probably mean your luteal phase. While mile monthly periods can be quite rough, thankfully, they're not lethal ;) The luteal phase occurs with the forming of the corpus luteum from the follicle that has recently released the egg during ovulation. So, essentially, the luteal phase begins at ovulation, and lasts about 14 days, unless you become pregnant.
