Not 100%: Pink color may indicate presence of blood. It may be sign of menses. (4th week). You are not sound certain about your pregnancy. Check yourself. You may need to see your PMD or OB/GYN doctor if pink / red colored discharge from your vagina is ongoing and your pregnancy test is positive. At this time take rest and refrain from sex if you plan to keep pregnancy.
