Yes, but ...: Studies showed conflicting data on this subject - if there is sperm in pre-cum or pre-ejaculate, but generally, confirmed some 40% men's pre-cum contain sperms but with less number and motility so that such fluid is less likely to fertilize eggs if any than the ejaculate. Sometimes: Most studies have shown low levels of sperm or no sperm in pre-ejaculate with sperm not being motile (however, don't know how promptly samples were examined).
