If you were referring to skeletal height, the cartilaginous epiphyseal plates, by which long bones lengthen, typically transform into bone in late teenage years. However, bigger picture, body starts as one cell, is an open system (every atom/molecule of which it is made keeps changing, at varying rates) from single cell through death. There are all kinds of growth.
