A member asked:

I mean by narcotized big toes that like having a painkiller needle at interior( not toward other toes) outer side of each , & i have no back problems?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Thanks for : Clarifying. It may be mechanical in nature. Some hints for that would include callous tissue by the toes in the same area, or if the big toe is not straight. If this is the caSe an orthotic might be helpful. makes sure the shoes are a proper fit. could be an entrapped nerve. Could be vitamin deficiency, could be signs of systemic disease like diabetes. Still can be back even though no pain there
