See a doctor now.: This could be something simple like a rib not moving properly as you breath. It could also be a serious problem like a blood clot in the lung. There are many other possibilities such as infection, pleurisy, muscle strain. You should see a doctor to make sure your cause is not one if the dangerous or serious ones.
