Is natural sources of vitamin a okay, and just retinol bad in moisturizer?

Retinol is not bad: It can just be sun sensitizing as it is a product converted to retinoic acid. Vitamins taken orally are great, but only certain products contain vitamins that are actually absorbed into the skin. see your derm or aesthtician
