Adjuncts only: Supplemental to standard treatment. Both are sulfacetamide which is so-so against the bacteria that cause acne. NEVER use an antibiotic as sole treatment for acne. Topicals such as retinoic acid derivatives, benzoyl peroxide, and salicylic acid are your mainstay of treatment.
