See ur doctor: pain on swallowing in food pipe (esophagus) rather than throat can indicate not just reflux disease, but severe inflammation or infection, and should be evaluated by physician, especially when not responsive to empiric omeprazole trial - urgent attention needed if with fever, food blockage, weight loss, nausea/vomit, or blood.
