Why are you scared?: Are you scared about cancer in general? If so, and if you don't have any symptoms, there is no way to be tested for cancer. But if you have a lump somewhere, or symptoms that make you think you may have cancer, see a doctor. He or she will do appropriate tests to check out your symptoms.

Cancer: Different cancers manifest differently. You would have to know why you're concerned. However, you can talk with your doctor about personal cancer screening (such as pap smear, self breast exam, etc), and general common signs and symptoms.

Cancer: There are many presentations for cancer, it just depends on the type. If you have no symptoms then it is hard to tell. If you are experiencing some change, you should see your primary care physician so that can be worked up.
