Many factors: Hormonal deficiencies, both acquired and genetic. Infections, certain drugs, chronic illnesses, environmental toxins, trauma, and radiation, as well as elevated testicular temperatures are known to cause a decrease in sperm production. If it has been determined, that you have a decrease in your sperm production, I believe you will probably need to see a doctor, to help sort out the possible causes
