I can't dumb bell press the same with each arm. anyways, should i get this irregularity check out?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It is common to have one arm stronger than the other. Typically your dominant arm, which is the one you write with, open the door with and throw with is the stronger arm. It just means you have to work on strengthening the weaker arm more which is not easy to do because in the part of the day that you are not training, you are always preferentially using the stronger arm.
