Yes, Yes, and Yes: Now, I've never really heard of anybody "consuming" glue so I'll have to assume that you meant to say "inhaling" Toxic fumes from glue kills brain tissue which will lead to lifelong problem with memory, can alter personality and behavior and can lead to a terrible quality of life as an adult.
