Not quite: It is best to think of HIV as needing to be inside a living cell to be infectious. HIV in a tube of preserved blood is highly infectious for days. Dried blood not infectious. Few seconds in bleach, sun, drying, disinfectant, etc. Wet body fluids...likely dangerous if cells present Urine no Spit not very Breast milk and seminal fluid yes infectious
