Pregnancy: Sperm must be deposited in the vagina for pregnancy to occur. Water does not "kill" sperm, nor is it a reliable way to "remove" it. If you did not have vaginal sex without a condom, and no sperm entered your partner's vagina, pregnancy is extremely unlikely. You may still expose each other to STD's, however.
