Erectile dysfunction: There are several available oral agents to treat "ED". It sometimes requires trying several of them to find which one works best. However, I'd also see your doctor to make sure your heart is healthy as sometimes ED is associated with coronary artery disease.Lastly get your testosterone level checked to make sure you don't have hypogonadism(low testosterone).

Erectile Dysfunction: I would suggest getting a complete physical with blood work. It is important to find out if there are physical or emotional reasons for erectile dysfunction. Low testosterone, decreased flow, diabetes, depression, medications, drug or alcohol use are among the causes. Sitting down with your doctor to discuss it can sort out the causes so that a treatment plan (i.e. medicine if needed) can be made.
