Need more info: It's important that you make an appointment with your family physician and perhaps have him/her refer you to a gastroenterologist. Sounds like something is going on in your GI tract

Constipation: Every day you have a "mass movement" where your intestine contracts to cause you to poop. If you get constipated it is because you don't go when your body tells you to and as the stool sits there more water is removed from it causing it to get hard and clumpy. The intestine then has to contract harder to get it out and that is what you are feeling. Eat more fiber and drink 80 oz. of water a day
