i'm really wondering about my arm, i finished working out and my left are became very weak after, should i worry? it's never happened before.

Need more info: What kind of workout? Did you injure a muscle or nerve? Please make an appt with your family physician for an examination to make sire you do not have a serious injury or a simple strain that will heal. Are you doing exercises with advice from a trainer so you are doing no harm to yourself?
