Dose meth use affect sperm?

Methamphetamine?: or methadone? Will assume the former, and the answer is yes. Methamphetamine has been found, at least in heavier users, to reduce sperm count and increase the normal of spermatozoa with abnormal morphology. This could potentially translate into both reduced fertility and increase in fathering children with potential genetic defects. If this is you, get help and stop. Treatment can work.

Will affect desire: As you become more addicted to the drug. You will lose the desire to have sexual relations. You will want to while you are "high". But things won't work too well. When you are down. You will have no interest in having relations. So not directly affect sperm count.
