31 yr old female. i am tired a lot. have had a sleep study twice and both were normal. and always hot. what does this mean?

Would do MSLT: If you are still tired even though two sleep studies are normal, you may need a nap study called an MSLT to make sure you don't have narcolepsy. ThIs is a condition of excessive sleepiness. It is very treatable. Remember not to drive while sleepy! Good luck.
