Ovulation?: Possible ovulation with spotting one day. If menses regular and these symptoms occur around same time each month then ovulation. Check with Gyn for possible ultrasound and cultures for infection? If u take pill then check for appropriateness of continuing on pill in lieu of headaches! So go to Gyn.
