Im taking birth control pill, i'msuppose to be in my period this weekend but im not, today and yesterday my nose was bleeding, is something wrong?

Nose bleed : Your nose bleeding has nothing to do with you missing your period. You should see a doctor about your nose. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. It is not uncommon to miss a cycle while on birth control pills.

No: Irregular period once in a while is common with or even without birth control pills. Nose bleeding is unrelated.
