Not surprising.: Viral infections, especially the flu will cause malaise and generalized weakness. If you have not been able to sleep and rest while you had the flu, it's not surprising you feel the way you do. Get plenty of rest and you should starting feeling better soon.

Probably normal: Assuming the diagnosis is correct (was it self diagnosed?) then lethargy is common for several days until you are fully recovered. As long as you feel somewhat better as the days go by, then I wouldn't worry.However, if you are symptoms are getting worse, you need to reconsider the diagnosis and consult your physician.
