Regular cycles?: Yes you can still have a healthy pregnancy. When your result will be positive depends if your cycles have been regular. If you do have regular cycles and know when to expect your period, you can check a home pregnancy test on the first day of your expected/missed period. If your bleeding now is when you would normally expect to get your period, you can reliably do the test now.
