A family physician: Burning sensation in abdomen w/ tenderness can be many things. Onset, location, duration, character, aggravating factors, relieving factors, temporal factors all need to be discussed to further narrow down possible issues - at this point, could be reflux, stress, gastritis, aortic dissection or even stomach cancer.... Need more info - if pain is severe and persistent, see your family physician.
