See answer : A common concern of women are bumps that they discover on the vulva. Most of them are not contagious, not life threatening, and not stds. The most common causes of multiple, smooth, painless bumps in the vaginal/vulvar region would be sebaceous cysts, Fordyce spots (prominent sebaceous glands), genital warts (hpv), and molluscum contagiosum (self-limiting viral infection).
