Anything can happen: If you don't want to be a father then plan ahead and use contraception. If you have sexual intercourse anytime without contraception she is always at risk of getting pregnant. You never know when she has ovulated. It's such a simple thing to use a condom and be sure. Condoms do not interfere with the enjoyment of sexual intercourse.

Maybe fatherhood: Pregnancy has been documented from unprotected sex on any day of a woman's cycle, including during menses. Those with irregular cycles are more at risk for an anytime pregnancy but it can happen to anyone.
