A member asked:

Would i see improvement using clotrimizole on penis for 2 weeks 2 times daily if i had a fungal infection and if not would it not be safe to use?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See answer : If the diagnosis of fungal infection is correct, one should note definite improvement within two weeks of taking clotrimazole. Not that it is particularly unsafe if taken longer, but if not effective after 2 weeks, i would either question the diagnosis of a fungal infection or try another medication. Fungal infection uncommon in a circumcised male.
