Test it: Chest pain needs to be tested with stress test, unless CP is clearly not cardiac. Echo may not be enough. Once you rule out cardiac condition, you need exercise (1 hr/day, 6days/week) and diet to control your weight and increase your physical fitness. That may be all you need to improve your fatty liver also.

Merits evaluation.: This merits a careful medical exam, including a history, physical exam; if the chest pain is exertional, then a stress test might help decide the significance of the symptoms. Most important would be to see ones doctor for the evaluation.

Chest pain: Chest pain can be for multiple reasons. Your echo being normal is good, but it still does not mean your heart is normal. You likely need a stress test, but this could be a pulmonary or even esophageal issue. Chest pain warrants getting evaluated. See your regular provider.
