See answer: Your symptoms are most likely due to prostatis. In young males, most prostatitis is non-bacterial in origin and self-limiting. Usually responds to a variety of conservative measures which may include diet modifications, medication (including an empirical trial of antibiotics), warm baths, and prostate masages. If associated with fever/chills or urethral discharge, may be bacterial or std in origin.
