Testicular Torsion: Some men have a testicle that can turn in the scrotum and cut off blood supply. This loss of blood flow can be painful, and rotating the testicle back helps. However, this could become an emergency if you cannot rotate the testicle back into place. I recommend seeking the advice of a urologist or general surgeon to see if a more permanent solution can be offered to you.
