A member asked:

Can you tell me if someone is suffering from nocturnal emission (wet dreams) who he should consult with ?

Dad: Nocturnal emissions are a normal experience and all sexually mature males have them unless they cause themselves to ejaculate during the day by themselves or with a partner. They're healthy and you're supposed to enjoy them. Anyone who tells you otherwise is deceiving you. If Dad's a reasonable guy, talk with him about your developing sexuality. If not, your physician, coach or another good guy.

Nocturnal Emissions: No one. These are natural and do not in any way represent disease or a medical condition. Your body is designed to keep the sperm in your prostate gland as fresh and healthy as possible. That means, if you are not emptying your prostate gland on a regular basis like very other man you know, then your body will cause the emission of old semen to make room for new and fresh semen.
