If i have a radiofrequency coagulation will my face droop, in addition to being numb?

It might: Ablating the facial nerve carries with it the risk of facial nerve paralysis.

Facial droop: It all depends on what level and where on the nerve branch they are doing the radio frequency? It is common in about 10% of the cases to have delayed numbness and drooping. Talk to your md first to weigh the pros and cons of the procedure.
