If a person misses two doses of paroxetine, h/she should take the usual dose as soon as they remember, unless it is less than 12 hours to their next dose. One should not double up on medication to make up for missed doses. Using a pillbox or setting reminders is helpful to remember to take paroxetine every day as prescribed.
