See below: Pelvic pain often requires evaluation by gynecology, and urology. There are some doctors practicing a combined Uro-gynecology. Eval should include urethritis, vestibulitis, vulvodynia, pelvic floor, pudendal neuralgia, cystocoele or rectocoele . On occasion , severe vaginal trigger points may cause pelvic pain. You may benefit from an interventional pain doctor evaluation.
