No clue: Google nicorette (nicotine gum) gum and find the company's website and see what you can find. This may have been an offer of a specific pharmacy or part of some program. I would keep in mind that a week's worth of nicorette (nicotine gum) is no more expensive that a week's worth of cigarettes. It is well worth the investment. Good luck with quitting.
